Here’s the good and the not-so-good

The location off Central Expressway is super convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby, and the staff was incredibly friendly and responsible during our stay. The warm cookie upon check-in is an appreciated touch!

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by inconsistent Wi-Fi and long wait times during check-in,, which negatively impacted our overall satisfaction.

The fresh chocolate walnut cookie at check-in was a delightful surprise, and the room was really comfy and clean. I enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and hanging out on the sun terrace. Just wish there were microwave options in the room, but overall it was a pleasant stay! 🍪

Can't recommend highly enough for a city escape

Modern room, great location, with the convenience of free Wi-Fi and a fitness center to keep you active during your stay.

Everything was superb.

The bed was remarkably comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the bathroom was meticulously clean. However, there were no electrical outlets in convenient locations, and I found only two washcloths in the bathroom, which was insufficient. The breakfast didn’t meet expectations, with subpar options like powdered eggs and watered-down juice available.

My room was clean with a lovely renovated bathroom. The location is fab, close to shopping and eateries, making it easy to explore.

But honestly, I nearly joined the swimming pool when I slipped on a mystery puddle—yikes!

Nice room, but check-in chaos

Got a newly renovated room, and it looked awesome! Check-in was a mess, though—had to wait forever. They did give us a free drink after we complained, which was cool. The breakfast was just okay, but I loved the snack bar options. Staff could've been a bit friendlier, felt kinda off.

I loved the golf course nearby and appreciated the dry cleaning services while we were out exploring. Despite the renovation chaos, I had a satisfying experience enjoying my stay here.

It was just a perfect match for a getaway in Richardson with extraordinarily good value for money. The fresh chocolate walnut cookie given at check-in was a nice touch and really memorable. Be sure to check out the breakfast options, they’re sufficient for a quick start to your day.

my stay at doubletree by hilton was fantastic! the location is super convenient, with a starbucks and sandwich place right in the parking lot. i loved the under-bed lighting in the king room – it added a cozy touch. the staff was friendly and efficient, especially during room service! the outdoor pool and fitness center were great perks too.

the bathroom design could use a rethink.
